welcome to my web space. i’m a registered yoga teacher, ICRT usui/holy fire I, II, III reiki master/teacher & all-around holistic wellness enthusiast. i’m also certified in sound & frequency healing.

i advocate for all things holistic when it comes to complete health & wellness.. and fully support recovery - of all kinds. i’m very human & try to learn from my mistakes. i’m a mother. i’.m here to help educate & promote mental health awareness. i love my dogs… i love all animals. i’m a domestic violence/sexual assault survivor. i’m a child of our Creator. i’m defined as extremely neurodivergent. i’m an artist. i’m resilient. i’m grateful for this full and amazing life i’ve been blessed with - for almost 41 years now…. and what a crazy time to be alive - am i right…?!? my goal & true passion in life is to bring light & HOPE to the places where it is hardest to find. we’re all just doing our best every day.. and you’re doing an amazing job! thanks for being here today.

As a mobile yoga instructor, sound healer, and reiki practitioner, I am available for 1:1 sessions on location. Requires booking in advance - contact me for availability.

RYT-300(+) Yoga Renew (YACEP) 2023-2025 with continued education focusing on posture/anatomy, somatic movement, yoga nidra (guided meditation), yin yoga, pelvic floor dysfunction, trauma-informed yoga (2023), aerial yoga (2023), and sound healing (2024).
Diplomate of Asian Bodywork Therapy Acupressure (NCCAOM)- with continuing education in Oriental Medicine (2022-2025).
